About Us

St. Jacob's is a parish in the heart of downtown Edmonton. We are part of the Syriac Orthodox Church of Antioch, one of the most ancient Christian communities. Our faith, traditions, liturgy, and practices have been handed down from the time of the Holy Apostles. We are a welcoming community, joyously worshipping our Lord Jesus Christ and sharing the Gospel in the province of Alberta.
