New to Edmonton?

Welcome to Our Parish Family

If you’ve recently moved to Edmonton, the northern most city in Western Canada, we warmly welcome you to our parish community! Adjusting to a new city and culture can be both exciting and challenging — and we are here to help you every step of the way.

Our Newcomer Resource Team was created to support newcomers like you in settling into life in Edmonton and integrating into our parish family. Our goal is simple: to welcome you with open hearts, open minds, and open doors, and to make you feel truly at home.

How We Can Help

Our team of volunteers offers a range of practical and personal support services to make your transition smoother:

Welcome Kit

Every newcomer to our parish receives a Welcome Kit, thoughtfully prepared to help you with important settlement steps and registration procedures. This kit includes valuable local information, useful contacts, and practical guidance to help you feel settled and informed.

A Community of Care

Our church is blessed with members from many professions and backgrounds who are eager to share their knowledge and experience. By coordinating our efforts, we aim to build a supportive network where everyone can thrive — spiritually, socially, and practically.

Whether you are new to the city, new to Canada, or simply looking for a faith community to belong to, we are here for you.

“Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God.”
— Romans 15:7
